Our cozy vacation suite with loft character impresses with its high ceilings. In the former hay barn circa 60m² offer space for up to 4 people. The raised sleeping area allows a beautiful view of our pond. A cozy sitting area invites you to linger in front of the door. Still shady in the morning, the sun can be enjoyed here until the evening.

Features
On the windowsill, various herbs are fragrant and just waiting to be used to refine dishes and brew teas or iced teas. A cozy reading corner with a small library and writing and drawing utensils invites you to be creative. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need while staying here. A clothes horse for bath towels can be borrowed.
At the pond
At the pond, a cozy seating area invites you to linger. Life in and around the pond can be observed. Who knows, maybe a curious lizard will pass by or the cats will ask for a petting session. Or you can simply enjoy the natural tranquility – perhaps with a good book?
For those with a sweet tooth, there is a small snack corner with various berries.
Farm store
In our farm store you can buy various products, such as fresh fruits and vegetables from our own cultivation.

Included in the price:

Prices are per day for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Stays less of than 3 nights are possible on request.
Deposit
We can only guarantee your reservation once we have confirmed it in writing and received the deposit. When booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount booked must be paid by bank transfer. We ask you to transfer the deposit within 10 days. The remaining amount is to be paid directly at the accommodation on site. Currently, only cash payments are possible on site!
Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation conditions:
No additional cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made up to 31 days prior to arrival. Only the deposit will be retained. For cancellations between 30 and 5 days prior to arrival, fees amounting to 50% of the total amount booked will be charged. For cancellations within 4 days prior to arrival, fees amounting to 100% of the total amount booked will be charged. In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% of the booked, unused days will be charged.
We expressly refer to the provisions of Articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
Travel insurance
To save costs and protect yourself, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, you can check into the apartment from 4 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 2 p.m. at the latest so that we can clean it.

Pets
We already have many animals living on our farm. We ask for your understanding that your pet cannot come with you.
